Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that in some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your order.
For T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Sweaters:

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your order’s progress. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.
If your Standard shipping order is still in transit 9 business days after the shipping date, please contact our support team at support@hearourvoiceus.com for assistance.
Order Processing Window
After your payment is processed, your order enters a 12-hour window before being sent to our fulfillment center. During this time, you can request changes to your order (size, color, quantity) or cancel it by contacting us at support@hearourvoiceus.com.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Our fulfillment partners can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Taxes & Customs
All items are manufactured, printed, and shipped from the United States. The price shown on our website is the final price, and you will not be subject to additional taxes. If you have specific questions regarding customs, please contact our support team at support@hearourvoiceus.com.

If you contact the carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request forwarding or redirection, we are not responsible if the package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged. Any redirection or forwarding is done at the customer’s own risk.
