30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

How to Initiate a Return

The reason for your return (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect product received).

Photos or a video of the defective or damaged product (if applicable).

Return Approval & Inspection
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it (typically within 72 hours). You’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 9 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@hearourvoiceus.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective Products: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.

Non-Defective Products: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective products.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable when the customer ordered the wrong product.

We do not charge restocking fees.
You may be required to provide a video or image of the product received, clearly showing it was ordered from us and highlighting any issues.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. Please submit cancellation requests to support@hearourvoiceus.com. Cancellation requests after this period will be subject to our standard return policy.
Delivery Information Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete, including the street name and house number, before placing your order. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
