  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • How do I place an order?

    The ordering process is simple:

    1. Select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.

    2. Enter your billing and shipping address.

    3. Choose your preferred shipping method.

    4. Complete the checkout process to finalize your order.

Order Issues & Changes

  • I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

    Email us immediately at support@hearourvoiceus.com with your order details and the correction needed. We’ll do our best to help!

  • Can I change my order?

    Please email change requests to support@hearourvoiceus.com, including your order details and the specific changes you’d like to make. We can usually only accommodate changes within 24 hours of your order being placed.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We can cancel orders that haven’t yet entered production, typically within 24 hours of payment. Email us at support@hearourvoiceus.com with your order details to request a cancellation. If your order is already in production, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Will I be notified when my order ships?

    Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

  • When will I receive my tracking number?

    Your tracking number will be generated and emailed to you within 3-7 business days after your order is processed. If you haven’t received it after 7 business days, please contact us at support@hearourvoiceus.com for an update.

  • Why isn’t my tracking information updating?

    Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. Please allow some time for the information to appear. If the tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 days, please contact support@hearourvoiceus.com for assistance.
    Note: Shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

  • My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

    First, check your tracking information. If it shows as delivered, please allow a few extra days as deliveries can be delayed. If it’s still missing after a few days, email us at support@hearourvoiceus.com so we can investigate.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    You’ll receive several email updates:

    • Order confirmation after payment.

    • Update when your order enters production.

    • Shipping notification with tracking.

    You can also find the most up-to-date information through the receipt link in our email correspondence. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you are not receiving these emails.

Returns, Refunds & Defective Items

  • My order is defective, the wrong size, or the incorrect product. What should I do?

    Email us at support@hearourvoiceus.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, potentially including sending a replacement.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

  • My refund is late or missing. What should I do?

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company – processing times vary.
