B. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent.

Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the Material: Describe the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  2. Your Contact Information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  3. Consent to Jurisdiction Statement: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent.

  4. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: State under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  5. Your Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complaining party. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed material after 10 business days (but no later than 14 business days) from the date we receive the counter-notification, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

C. Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

D. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
