While we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests, changes to an order are only possible within a limited timeframe. Please email support@hearourvoiceus.com as soon as possible with your order number and the details of the changes you’d like to make. Due to our production process, we can generally only accept changes within 12 hours of your order confirmation.
Yes, you can cancel your order! To do so, please email us at support@hearourvoiceus.com with your order details within 12 hours of making payment, before your order enters production. If you cancel within this timeframe, we’ll process a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the production phase.
Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information upon shipment.
Yes! A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Don’t worry if your tracking information doesn’t update right away, this is common with registered airmail. Your package is definitely on its way. If you haven’t seen a tracking update in over 10 days, please reach out to our support team at support@hearourvoiceus.com
If your tracking information indicates your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, we recommend first reviewing the tracking details. Please also allow a few extra business days, as sometimes deliveries are delayed or tracking information may be prematurely updated. If, after this time, your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@hearourvoiceus.comwith your order details. We will investigate the situation and provide you with an update on its status.
